For whatever reason my original screws started to disappear so I wanted to test out the "life long" promise of ridge and sent in a claim with a photo and a couple days later they said they were sending more screws. Week later, hard all the screws I needed WITH the torque screwdriver which was clutch. shout out to ridge.
Lost some screws . Ridge sent out new screws and the driver , no questions asked.
Simple warranty process. Lost some of the tiny screws that hold the wallet plates. No fuss they sent me a great repair kit with screws to spare and a nice tool to install them.
