Lifetime warranty rules!

I've been using my keycase for three years, and one day reached into my pocket to find the flexible end piece broke. No problem, things wear out over time, but I reached out to do a warranty claim, and soon after answering some questions and sending some photos, I had an email that my new keycase had shipped. Not just the replacement part, but a whole new keycase!

I already love their products (I also have the wallet with coin tray) but this really elevated my satisfaction to the next level. I can't say enough great things about Ridge products and customer service.

I am loving my new Ridge Gunmetal keycase, it's helped me get uncluttered from all the keys that I was carrying down to the keys that I need for everyday carry. Keeps them very compact and easy to access along with my Ridge Gunmetal wallet.
