My first one got damaged and I told ridge I only needed a new pin..they went above and beyond and exchanged for a completely new one. This is huge in todays market when a company will stand behind their product.

I have used the Key Case as well as a Wallet for many years . I was diappointe3d when the Key Case broke. However, the return policy and warrantee lived up to their billing and I now have my new Key Case for many more years.
