I initially reached out to purchase a new elastic band and Ridge replaced the entire wallet. Excellent customer service!
This wallet is consistent with other Ridge Wallets. They are sleek, but adding cash strap or the money clip quickly make it thicker ... especially the AirTag holder.
I found this wallet to be very efficient, well-made, looks good, can hold a lot of cards if you wanted to, and has a nice cash strap
