Quality and service

I have been a long time customer of Ridge and own many products and have influenced people to enjoy the products. My one and only warranty claim was handled amazingly. While the item that had been involved in the claim is no longer in production, I was issued a gift card for the value of the item. I used it to purchase my second bolt action pen. Now I can leave my original in my work bag and have one readily available at home.
