After having this wallet for several years and using it every day the cash strap started to fray. I contacted customer support and could not be more satisfied with the level of service received. Ridge promptly sent me a strap reply kit, complete with screws and a mini-screwdriver. My faithful wallet is restored to like new. My Ridge will last me a lifetime, thanks to their excellent customer support .
The new cash strap in Carbon Fiber is longer and wider than the original cash strap, which provides a more secure hold to the cash.
Additionally, the Carbon Fiber looks great on the Titanium wallet.
