Honored their word

I've been a Ridge Wallet owner for maybe a year or two, and it served me well! Over time, the straps started to loosen and a couple of screws went missing. It also got a bit curved, probably because I tend to keep it in my back pocket.

When I submitted a warranty claim, Ridge didn't just send me a free replacement—they also included a complimentary money clip that I now use and absolutely love!

My takeaway is this: If you're on the fence about getting a Ridge Wallet, go for it! Their product is great, but their customer service is exceptional.

Customer Service

The most important thing is customer service. Not only are the products specifically the Wallet top notch but they stand behind the products they sell. Had a minor issue with the finish on one (have a few) no questions they not only took care of the issue but went beyond. Fantastic overall experience!!!

This is simply 1 Beautiful Wallet!, I have the Black Kintsugi Wallet with the Money Strap, The Gold Color on this Wallet really pop out and get's your attention, I purchased the card tracker to go with this wallet, so that the streamline look of this wallet wouldn't be disturbed by adding an AirTag accessory
