Fantastic customer service!

I ordered one of these last minute for my husbands Christmas gift. The package was delivered ripped open and the wallet and card were both missing. I contacted customer support and after sending them some pictures they sent a new one out with expedited shipping! This is probably so of the best customer service I have ever received. The wallet comes in a really nice box and I am sure my husband will love it. You can tell it is a great quality product!

Now I’ve had a Ridge wallet for about 10 years and have never had any problems or issues, but when this Kintsugi design came out I knew I had to have one. I missed the first run but as soon as they were restocked i jumped quick.

I love the design, and the ultra premium look with the gold sides. This wallet just went to the next level, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this wallet and other Ridge products.

Amazing wallet!

My wallet arrived in just a few days and I get compliments about it very often. It fits in my pocket much better than a traditional wallet. I only wish that it had more of the gold design on it and that it also came with the money clip option as I feel it could look even better!
