Warranty Replacement

Ridge stands behind there warranty. One of the components of my key case was broken, I filed a claim sent a couple pictures and they immediately reached out and sent a replacement. Hands down one of the best experiences ever.

I was always happy with my purchase of my Ridge keycase. So when the end-strap broke I was discouraged. When I inquired Ridge about the possibility of purchasing a new back-strap, they went all out and sent me a whole new keycase! They were speedy in answering my email and very professional in their customer service. I've bought different items from Ridge and have always been happy with my purchases.
